Exhibitor Information

We invite you to exhibit at the National Federation of the Blind of Nebraska’s 55th Annual Convention, April 30–May 3, 2026, at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Convention Center, Kearney.

This event is the largest gathering of blind and low vision people in Nebraska each year, bringing together leaders, advocates, students, parents, and seniors who are committed to equality and independence.

As an exhibitor, you will have the opportunity to share your products and services with an engaged audience and connect directly with attendees who care about accessibility, education, and empowerment.

Fees

• Exhibit Table Fee: $75 — includes one 6-foot exhibit table and two chairs.
• Additional table(s): $50 each — space permitting.
• Electricity: Available upon request.

Important Dates

• Exhibitor registration deadline: February 15, 2026
• Exhibitor setup: Friday, May 1, 2026, beginning at 12:00 p.m.
• Exhibit hours:
  • Friday, May 1, 2026: 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, May 2, 2026: 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

How to Register

To reserve your exhibit space, please complete the Exhibitor Registration Form on our website by February 15, 2026.

Payment instructions: After you submit the registration form, you will be directed to pay online through PayPal. If you need an alternate payment option, please contact us.
