We are excited to invite you to exhibit at the National Federation of the Blind of Nebraska’s 54th Annual Convention, taking place March 27–30, 2025 at the Omaha Marriott Regency Hotel. This event represents the largest gathering of blind and low-vision individuals in Nebraska, bringing together leaders, advocates, students, parents, and seniors—all committed to promoting equality and independence for the blind of Nebraska. As an exhibitor, you will have the unique opportunity to highlight your products and services to an engaged and dynamic audience.

Exhibiting at our convention provides your company with the opportunity to:

• Increase Visibility: Position your business in front of a dedicated audience of professionals, families, and individuals who are passionate about accessibility, education, and empowerment for people who are blind or use low-vision of Nebraska·
•  Build Connections: Engage directly with individuals who can benefit from your products or services.
• Showcase Your Support for Inclusivity: Demonstrate your company’s commitment to advancing accessibility and equal access for people who are blind.

Each exhibitor package includes:

• Business information listed in the  Convention Exhibitor Packet (given to all attendees).
• Direct access to a diverse audience of over 100.
• Exhibit Table Fee: $75 - includes 1 6-foot exhibit table with 2 chairs.
• Additional Table(s): $50 per table – if space is available
• Internet: provided at no extra charge.
• Electricity: Available upon request.

Important Dates

• Exhibitor Registration Deadline: February 10, 2025
• Exhibitor Setup: March 28, 2025 11:00 a.m.
• Exhibit Hours: March 28 11:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. – March 29th 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
