The 11th annual State Convention of the National Federation of the Blind of Nebraska was held in Lincoln, Nebraska at the Lincoln Hilton Hotel from December 5th through the 7th. Dr. Kenneth Jernigan President of the National Federation of the Blind was our National Representative.
